Waiver of inspection for Out Of State Buyer: Out of State customer who is purchasing a vehicle without personally viewing the vehicle, or customers who have viewed a vehicle at our dealership, we strongly suggest having a third party pre sale inspection performed at our dealership. If a customer opts to not have this service performed on their behalf, the customer assumes all responsibility on the vehicle being purchased. For all out of state clients that are arranging transportation of purchased vehicles, Auto Direct Cars must be contacted one day prior to schedule pick up of vehicle by noon. Truckers must pick up said vehicle between the hours of 10am and 4pm Eastern Standard Time.

Please confirm vehicle availability and pricing. Auto Direct does accept cashier's check, certified check, debit card and cash. Auto Direct does not accept personal checks, credit card payments for purchases. Auto Direct offers many Financing options through our banking network. Auto Direct Cars does not have a return policy for vehicles.

TEST DRIVE POLICY: FOR ANY HIGH PERFORMANCE SPORTS CARS THAT ARE FEATURED INSIDE OUR INDOOR SHOWROOM, CUSTOMER MUST SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT REGARDING DEAL STRUCTURE APPROVAL, AND HAVE A MUTUAL AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. 

If you are purchasing any model vehicle with a manual transmission, a test drive would be performed with a representative at the time of purchase to ensure good working order. After purchase, the customer assumes any cost or responsibility for clutch and assembly.
